Trolleite is a rare phosphate mineral with the chemical formula Al4(PO4)3(OH)3. It is known for its beautiful blue color, which can range from light to dark shades depending on the presence of impurities. Trolleite is typically found in small, prismatic crystals or in massive forms.

This mineral was first discovered in Sweden in 1869 and is named after Hans Gabriel Trolle-Wachmeister, a Swedish chemist. While its primary occurrence is in Sweden, trolleite has also been found in other locations, including Brazil, Madagascar, and the United States.
